About Present Moment Training
Present Moment Training was founded by Nicole Smizaski, a certified personal trainer, professional Women’s National Football Conference player, and Ironman endurance athlete. Built from years of firsthand experience navigating injuries, setbacks, and the mental challenges athletes face, Present Moment Training represents a complete reimagining of what athletic coaching can be. Nicole’s journey of rebuilding her relationship with athletics from the inside out revealed a powerful truth: training becomes a path to confidence, resilience, clarity, and personal growth when approached holistically.
